Terms of service.

Sunnbalm is a cosmetic skin balm produced and sold by Sunnbalm LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company. When this document says 'we,' 'us,' or 'Sunnbalm,' it means Sunnbalm LLC. When it says 'you,' it means anyone using sunnbalm.co or buying a product from us.

By using this site or buying a product, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't.

Sunnbalm is a cosmetic skin balm formulated with four ingredients: grass-fed beef tallow, non-nano zinc oxide, beeswax, and food-grade cocoa powder. It is sold for personal cosmetic use only.

Product images on the site are representative. Each batch is hand-poured, so minor variation in color, texture, and fill level between jars is normal and expected.

Prices are listed in US dollars and exclude shipping unless otherwise stated. We may change prices at any time, but a confirmed order is locked at the price you saw when you ordered.

Payment is processed by Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. We do not store your full card details — Stripe handles that on PCI-compliant infrastructure.

We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion (for example: a stock error, a suspected fraudulent payment, or a shipping address we can't fulfill to). If we cancel an order, we refund in full within five business days.

We ship from Minnesota, USA. Domestic US orders typically arrive within three to seven business days from the date your batch ships. International shipping is not currently available — we'll announce it on the site when it is.

Free standard shipping on US orders over forty dollars. Below that, a flat shipping fee is calculated at checkout.

Once we hand your package to a carrier, the carrier's terms govern delivery timing. If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we'll replace or refund.

If you're not happy with your jar for any reason, you have twenty-one days from the date of delivery to request a return. Write to hello@sunnbalm.co with your order number and we'll respond within twenty-four hours.

What we'll do: refund your purchase price in full (excluding original shipping) once the jar is back in our hands, or replace the jar with a different shade — your call. You pay for return shipping unless the jar arrived damaged or wrong, in which case we cover it.

No questions asked means no questions asked. We don't ask why the return, we don't require the jar to be unopened, and we don't reduce the refund based on how much product is left. We do ask that you not abuse the policy.

After twenty-one days, the policy is closed. If something is structurally wrong with the jar — a defective lid, a contamination issue — write to us anyway and we'll figure it out outside the standard policy.

If you opt in to text messages, you'll get occasional updates about new batches and shade releases. We send fewer than two texts a month on average. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP to reach us. Your number is deleted within thirty days of opt-out.

We do not sell or share your number with anyone outside our SMS-provider supply chain (and our SMS provider is contractually prohibited from using it for anything else).

The Sunnbalm name, wordmark, packaging, product photography, and site content are owned by Sunnbalm LLC. You can share and discuss them; you can't use them to sell something or imply we endorse you.

If you take photos with our product and want to share them, please tag us — we love seeing it, and we may ask permission to re-share. We will not use your image without your consent.

Sunnbalm is a cosmetic skin balm. Like any topical product, individual results vary based on skin type, age, environment, and use. Patch test if you have known sensitivities. If you experience irritation, stop using the product.

We're not in the business of medical claims. Sunnbalm is not a treatment for any skin condition. If you have a condition, see a dermatologist.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sunnbalm's total liability for any claim related to a product or your use of the site is limited to the price you paid for the product, or one hundred dollars, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Nothing in this clause limits liability for personal injury caused by our gross negligence or for any other liability that can't be limited under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that can't be resolved between us will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota.

If we change these terms, the new version takes effect on the effective date at the top. Material changes will be announced on the site at least thirty days in advance. Continued use of the site after the new effective date means you accept the changes.
